CBHS Celebration - Oct '09

Camps Bay High School held its annual Celebration Evening on the 14th of October. It was a fantastic evening, all celebrating a year of so much achievement of so many talented young pupils. Amongst these were the next awards:

PRESIDENT’S AWARDS:
The President’s awards, which is an internationally recognized individual development program for young people, is the most prestigious award that can be given to a South African teenager. The certificates, signed by Madiba and Prince Phillip, are awarded to those participants who have completed stringent requirements in 4 categories, namely: service to the community, skills and interest, adventurous journey, and physical recreation.
