CBHS Pre-Season Netball Camp - Mar '16

During the recent holidays, a pre-season Netball camp was held at Camps Bay High School. The camp was the ideal opportunity to build up fitness amongst the players for the coming season.

The Grade 11's enjoyed their annual camp at Mizpah two weekends ago. Thank you to all the teachers who contributed to making this a memorable camp.

CBHS Grade 9 Camp Near Ceres - 18-20 Mar '16

The Grade 9's of Camps Bay High School attended a team-building camp from 18 - 20 March 2016, just before the school holidays. The camp took place near Ceres and a great weekend of team building was enjoyed by all.

CBHS Easter Egg Drive - Mar '16

The three Camps Bay Schools have spent the last two weeks collecting Easter Eggs to hand over to charities, organisations and schools. Thousands of Easter Eggs have been handed out across the Peninsula.

CBHS Spur Shadow Shift - 16 Mar '16

Camps Bay High School sport teams have an arrangement with the Sea Point Spur restaurant to do "shadow shifts" on certain Tuesday evenings of the month.

The Spur gives our school 15% of the amount spent on a specific evening and this is used to purchase equipment.

 In the picture below are, from left, Daniel Soltau (First Team Rugby), Anneke Bright (Camps Bay High School Librarian), Steven Scheepers (Spur Manager) and Meeka-Eel Christians (First Team Rugby).

CBHS Boys' Surfing Camp - 11 to 13 Mar '16

From Friday to Sunday, 11 - 13 March 2016, the Camps Bay High School Boys' Surfing Camp took place at Elands Bay on the West Coast.

CBHS President's Silver Award Hike in Cederberg - Feb '16

Ten pupils from Camps Bay High School, walked 46 kilometres through the Cederberg mountains two weekends ago. This formed the "adventurous journey" component of their President's Silver Award.
